What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

This Personal Information is obtained primarily from data you have collected and made available to us.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you. We may also provide your data to Sybiz Software for further investigation and correction when necessary.
When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

- For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose

However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which may be kept by us for the duration of our service relationship with you.

We will, at your request, return to you or destroy all personal information we have collected in the course of our services to you.
