Support Contracts

We sometimes get asked if we offer free support. That would be a no. Support does have a cost, and it is the business we are in. We do offer a range of support contracts, tailored to me your needs, and some of these include reasonable phone support with no additional cost being incurred. This is our prefered way of doing business, because people tend to ask early when there is a contract in place, rather than battle on till there is a complete mess to clean up. If you are interested in a support contract, please contact the office. People with support contracts can apply for a password access to other parts of this website where there is a resource centre, for various help sheets, patches, utilities and other advantages.
  

Report Writing

Report writing is one of the support services we offer. There are a range of pre-written additional reports for some of our solutions which may be of value to you or if you know what you need we may be able to generate a specific report to give you the information that you need.

  

Casual Support

We also offer casual support to clients who do not have a support contract. This will be at a higher price than for our support contract clients. You should also be aware that Support Contract clients are our first priority clients
  

Fault

When it comes to support fault is not our issue. We do not charge support fees because it is your fault, but because we have done something you have asked for.
  

Terms

Our Trading Terms are for Hardware - payment with order, Software before unlock and support accounts 14 days. Outside Terms = Outside Service
