The Debtors and Creditors Ledger have a very similar set-up. If you sell to chains and the like you will greatly value the support given to Head Office Billing. This lets you sell to the branch and the invoice will appear on the Head Office Statement. The converse of this is for those who are part of a buying group, where orders placed on several Suppliers will be aggregated to a single purchasing account, for those who are part of a buying group.

This includes a better quality document, and ability to have more control about document production, for example, a copy of an invoice emailed to the customer, a version without prices printed in the despatch dock for packing and another copy [rinted on the colour laser printer to be sent out and another copy in black and white printed out for record filing, from the simple single action of the document production.

The Business Intelligence Centre is a reporting module adds the ability to produce expansive excel reports with extended use of pivot table functionality on your raw accounting data easily. Basically you can do it minutes something that would takes days to assemble.

Sybiz Software products are sold with Sybiz Cover Plus. 12 Months of Sybiz Cover Plus is usually included with the product purchase. Sybiz Cover Plus funds the on-going development of the product for users, and is required to continue to process transactions, though review and reporting will continue to be available.
