In VisiPay your Staff are displayed in three Icon Colours. Green (this means they have been paid already the pay period) Red, (this means thy have not yet been paid in the current pay period). Tan, (This represents staff who have been terminated - and are not getting paid at all). Usefully you can hide the terminated staff so you don’t have to see them again, till you need to do the payment summaries.
Two Versions - One Extra Module
VisiPay Comes in two versions, Small Business (up to 15 Staff) and Enterprise (no limit to Staff Count). Both version have the same functionality in every respect. The Payroll is single user, however for those who need to HR module it is multi user.
Time Capture
There are a number of ways to capture time for VisiPay, however given the ease of data entry many people elect to take control and manually enter time data. Time can also be captured from Vision Job Costing, or imported from a csv file generated through a Bundy or web capture system of some sort.
Salary Sacrifice
Salary Sacrifice is well managed in Sybiz VisiPay, as well as employee after tax contributions to Super for eligibility for the Government Co-Contributions scheme. Superannuation can be split between three separate super schemes.
Flexibility
Many areas of flexibility exist in VisiPay, including three pay frequencies, multiple pay periods, three banks accounts per staff member, three payment methods, production of aba files for banking software, unions, departments, locations are all standard. Payslips can be printed, emailed (with a password) or not generated at all.
End of Year
The end of year in VisiPay is straightforward and delivers Payments Summaries and files for submission to the ATO.
