What is Sybiz Genesis?
Sybiz Genesis is the latest software developed by Sybiz. It is about managing your business, and the activities in you business in such a way that is helpful, comprehensive and allows the business to function in a controlled manner. When linked to Sybiz Vision or Sage Pastel Evolution it makes for an “end to end solution”. That means everything from generating the lead to chasing the cheque and everything in between can be recorded and managed.
Business Relationships
At the core of Sybiz Genesis is the management of business relationships. Activities are divided between Sales and Service, and are understood to be Phone Calls, Email, Fax, Remarks, Tasks and Meetings. By using the database it is possible to see what is happening, and what needs to happen, so we can deliver better outcomes for our customers and our business.
Sales Pipeline
The effective management of the Sales Pipeline, together with a number of tools for analysis of the pipeline should ensure that leads don’t fall between the cracks, but can be followed up in a timely and efficient manner.
Quick Search
Sybiz Genesis is built on a MS SQL Server back end and utilises the power of his engine free text search the entire database. Press F2 twice a a dialogue similar to the bar at the top of this page appears for you to enter the search criteria.
Link to Vision
Sybiz Genesis can be linked to Sybiz Vision, which will then allow you to access according to rights a number of the key functions in Sybiz Vision s indicated on the screen-shot below. The functionality is exactly the functionality you would experience if you had click the like button from inside Sybiz Vision.
Sybiz Genesis for Vision Users (with sybiz cover)
Sybiz Genesis is free for Sybiz Users as part of the release of Vision 9 expected in November 2009. You can use it until the end of November 2010 with no extra payment to Sybiz, for the number of licences you have to use Sybiz Vision. After that you can continue using Sybiz Genesis for the price on ongoing cover.
Implementation
We will be happy to organise implementation and training for Sybiz Genesis as part of the upgrade to Vision, or subsequent to that. Usual support fees will apply.
